The 5-Step Hiring Process

Here's what to expect when you apply for a job with Advantage.

  1. Application: Search current job openings and apply online.
  2. Application Review: Our Recruiting team will carefully review your application, to see if we have a good fit.
  3. Interviews: Do we fit your goals? Do you have the background we need? The first interview starts the journey. It's an opportunity for us to learn more about you and for you to learn about what makes our company different than others. We’ll start with an initial phone screen, then we set up interviews which will be one-on-one and with panels, providing an opportunity for you and Advantage to connect.
  4. Assessment: We take a look at candidate’s feedback from interviews and identify their strengths and skills. Above all else, we're looking for top performers who fit in with our company.
  5. Offer Extended: A decision is made that you have demonstrated the skills for the position, as well as characteristics that complement our company culture.
